Richard Gutierrez

I am an avid fan of Richard Gutierrez and I am a follower of his primetime shows at GMA. At this time, he was charged of Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Homicide by the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor due to a vehicular accident that happened last May 22, 2009 (PEP.ph). His PA died due to the said accident which is also the basis of filing the case against him.

If I were his lawyer, I would research cases that would support my opposition on the cause of action that he violated traffic rules, allegedly overspeeding. In vehicular mishaps and a person died, a person is presumed criminally liable if he violated traffic laws. However, there are many ways to contradict this rule.
It is up to the lawyer of Richard then.
