I am an avid fan of Richard Gutierrez and I am a follower of his primetime shows at GMA. At this time, he was charged of Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Homicide by the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor due to a vehicular accident that happened last May 22, 2009 (PEP.ph). His PA died due to the said accident which is also the basis of filing the case against him.
If I were his lawyer, I would research cases that would support my opposition on the cause of action that he violated traffic rules, allegedly overspeeding. In vehicular mishaps and a person died, a person is presumed criminally liable if he violated traffic laws. However, there are many ways to contradict this rule.
It is up to the lawyer of Richard then.

When we visited Watercamp Resort in Cavite, we saw someone who looked like him. Richard is my cousin's favorite actor. In fact, he talked about him for an hour at the Cavite resorts that we visited at that time.

My friends suggested that we will have a pool party at Resort in Cavite before Christmas. I think it's a good idea since I really want to go back there. Two years ago, we had swimming in the resort. Of all Cavite resorts, it's one of the best places I've ever visited.
